The Spinal Cord Injury Support Group (SCISG) Women’s Chapter vision is to provide a forum where members discuss female specific topics and share ideas to help those participating achieve a greater sense of self. Additionally, we make an effort to plan fun monthly activities of which all are welcome to participate as they desire.
One of the things we are most proud of is our buddy system. We encourage those who want to participate to reach out between meetings to get to know members a little better. When establishing a group of buddies, one can rest assure that support, resources and, best of all, peer compassion is only a call or click away.
