Return & Refund Policy – Wheelchair Experts

At Wheelchair Experts, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction while purchasing mobility equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, bathroom aids, and other healthcare products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect, wrong product delivered, or damage during transit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed products

  • Customized or made-to-order equipment

  • Consumable or hygiene-related products (if opened)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days at our support contact.

  • Share order details and images/videos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

  • After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Shipping or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, we offer replacement instead of refund, subject to stock availability.
