1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect, wrong product delivered, or damage during transit.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Process

Share order details and images/videos of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy

After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Shipping or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy

In case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, we offer replacement instead of refund, subject to stock availability.
